Chloe Jury-Fogel (Stevie) grew up doing musical theater around the San Francisco Bay Area, playing roles such as Sarah Brown in Guys and Dolls, Ethel McCormick in Footloose, and Carmen Bernstein in Curtains. She put her acting career on hold to attend film school at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, but managed to always find her way back to the stage or in front of the camera through performing improv at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade in NYC or acting in her fellow students’ school and independent projects. Chloe would like to thank Chloe for casting her in this film, and is so excited to be a part of it.
Julia Randall (Lucy) is thrilled to be working on Stevie. Julia’s film credits include New Year’s Eve, Georgia Rule, White Rabbit, and Becoming A Man. Her regional theatre credits include Chicago Gypsies, And A Child Shall Lead, Bare, The Children’s Hour, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Julia is currently studying at H.B. Studios with casting director Jack Doulin. She also studies dance at Steps on Broadway and voice with Steven Lutvak.
Erin Nelson (Angie) comes to New York from the independent film world of Austin, TX, where she also worked on NBC’s Friday Night Lights. Active in both theatre & film, she just completed principle photography for the feature Corpse to be released 2014. She recently won the title role in the new play Cupid and Psyche playing Off-Broadway early 2014. She relishes opportunities to develop new works with emerging artists with The Drawing Board and is a proud member of Ripple Effect Artists and graduate of the William Esper Studio.
James Kelly (Justin) has been involved in some sort performance every year from his first musical when he was in 6th grade until today. With a range of experiences including classic and modern musicals, musical reviews, operas, recitals, theater, improv, and especially karaoke, it is clear that he likes attention. A vocal performance graduate from McGill University, he has recently decided to delve deeper into the world of pure acting and is very excited and fortunate to be working with Chloe Jury-Fogel and the rest of the cast and crew.
Jake Fertig (Large), a graduate of the undergrad Film program at NYU, is both playing Large and assisting with the film’s production. His past acting and producing credits include his web series Civil Servant and multiple sketches and shorts over the past few years. He feels strongly that he can beat anyone in the cast or crew in basketball one-on-one.
